Priser

At MalBon, all prices are in Danish kroner and are stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.

Betaling

MalBon accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal. Payment will not be deducted from your account until the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.

Levering

MalBon aims to ship orders received before 5 pm the same day, orders are then sent the next working day.
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from 35 kr. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of ordering.
We do not deliver abroad and do not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Your items are shipped with DAO or Bring.
NOTE: If there is no space at the collection point, the package will be moved to the nearest collection point, which you will be notified of. If any problems arise, please contact customer service.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-4 business days after ordering.
For certain products, special delivery conditions apply. The terms and conditions will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of these items.

Right of complaint

A 1-year guarantee and a 2-year warranty are given in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to defects or damages committed by improper handling of the product/service. You must complain for a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/error. MalBon will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

No shipments are accepted by cash on delivery.

Refusion

In the case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of a calculator and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our reimbursement fulfillment.

Fortrydelsesret

There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is counted from that day;
– Where you receive the order.
– Gets the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several batches.
– Gets the last lot, or the last part, in physical possession, when it comes to agreeing on the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
– The first item in physical possession, when it comes to the regular delivery of goods over a certain period of time.
You must pay the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the purchase. The notification must be given by email at kontakt@malbon.eu. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to send the item back to us, you must fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

Goods exempt from the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
– Goods that are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or have been given a clear personal touch.
– Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
– Goods that, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
– Goods where the seal is broken.
– Non-financial services provided if the provision of the service has commenced with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.
– Supply of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior explicit consent and acknowledgement thereof that he/she thereby loses his/her right of withdrawal.
– Newspapers, magazines or magazines, however, exempt subscription agreements for such publications.
– Agreements entered into at public auction.
– Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.

Returnering

You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returns. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The processing process is faster if you also fill out and enclose our cancellation form.
You bear the risk of the product from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

Varens stand ved returnering

Du hæfter kun for eventuel forringelse af varens værdi, som skyldes anden håndtering, end hvad der er nødvendigt for at fastslå varens art, egenskaber og den måde, hvorpå den fungerer. Du kan med andre ord prøve varen, som hvis du prøvede den i en fysisk butik.

If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must test the item without actually using it.

Tilbagebetaling

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid to us back.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.
